StaceyJ was launched on the 19 October 2019. After spending 5 years tailoring for the military in Wellington, I stepped out on my own to help everyone with their sewing needs.

Covering every day alterations, Wedding/Evening and Ball Dress alterations, Learning to Sew, Sewing parties, Style consults… even on occasion pillow and cushion covers. If a sewing machine is required, I am almost always up for the task.

I have always found an issue with clothing, and how my body and off the rack clothing never understood each other.

I believe that I am not the only one that feels like that. I want to be there for the women and men that might just need me to understand.
